OUR PROGRAMS

From Beginners to BB&N Graduates, we offer incredible opportunities for exceptional students.

Beginners (Pre-K) to Grade 6

Grades 9 to 12

Speech & Debate Club has taught me so much about finding my own voice, building confidence, and being able to advocate for causes that matter to me. The whole team is incredibly supportive and they make sure that every student can excel in their own way.

Andri (Class of 2023)

My favorite event is The BB&N Circus. Everyone has great loads of fun, and it is a chance to grow closer to our friends and to make our community stronger. I always come out full of joy and cotton candy.

Nava (Class of 2028)

Students characterize BB&N classes as illuminating, thought-provoking, fun, and productive - and you’ll hear laughter! We have a lively, good time. Everyone has a valued voice at the table, and I think we all feel that a great class truly is a collaborative effort. I always learn something new from my students’ fresh perspectives on works I’ve read many times. I love that.

Sharon Krauss (Upper School English Teacher)

I enjoyed Spanish last year with Ms. Ridge! She always encouraged us to be vulnerable when speaking and learning the language, and I have enjoyed the class so much.

Gabe (Class of 2025)

Bivouac was such an important part of my 9th grade experience that I came back to help as a junior guide. During Biv, freshmen live in "squads" of nine students - building fires, cooking food, and taking part in activities like rock wall climbing, a talent show, and a hike up Mount Monadnock. This experience allowed me to bond with other members of my class and gain a new appreciation for nature.

Julia (Class of 2022)

I enjoyed studying thermal energy and doing the Penguin Palace Project. The goal was to build a house that would keep an ice cube penguin from melting. It was really cool learning about thermal conductors and insulators, and we had fun creating and testing our buildings.
